We do not sell your personal data or uploaded documents to third parties. We do not use your uploaded contract content for advertising purposes.
When you upload a contract, the document is transmitted securely to our servers and processed by our AI engine to extract structured data such as dates, parties, clauses, and obligations. The extracted data is stored in your account dashboard. The original document may be temporarily retained to support reprocessing or feature improvements.
Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Enterprise plan customers benefit from additional security controls including SSO, audit logs, and enhanced data retention management.
We do not use the text of your uploaded contracts to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model without your explicit consent.

We retain your account information and contract data for as long as your account is active. ContractIQ operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data during such transfers.
